Description: Persea Lingue also known as Laurus lingue (part of the Lauraceae family) is native to Chile and Argentina. This evergreen tree has broad lanceolate leaves and bears dark purple to black berries. Tends to grow together with Laurelia, Nothofagus, Peumus and Quillaja.
