Trachycarpus fortunei is very cold resistant and hardy down to atleast -20ºC. The fan shaped leaves can grow up to 1 meter. In it’s first years, the fortunei is a slow growing palm. However, after a few years growth will proceeed rapidly. An outstanding palm to use in European garden. Easy to grow and always good for a tropical look!
